Leonard Einstein was raised and educated in Cuba and graduated in 2009 with a Doctor in Medicine Degree from the prestigious Higher Institute of Medical Sciences “Carlos J Finlay” of Camaguey, Cuba. Shortly after graduation, Leonard was chosen as a part of a medical mission team sent by the Cuban government to Venezuela in a medical mission called “ Barrio Adentro” ( inside neighborhood) as part of the Cuba-Venezuela collaboration. Leonard abandoned the medical mission ( that was sponsored by the Communist Cuba government )  to immigrate  to America as an exiled Cuban refugee in the look of freedom and a better life. In United States , Leonard attended Broward College and Florida National University to become first a registered nurse (R.N) and then a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a Master Degree  in Nursing (MSN)  from Florida National University in Miami. Obtaining a Master Degree in Family Medicine allowed Leonard to practice medicine in the United States in collaborative relationship with board certified physicians. Leonard further specialized in Aesthetic Dermatology and obtained a Doctoral Degree in Nursing (DNP)  from Chamberlain University. Leonard’s passion for anti aging and dermatology led him to pursue a post master certification in dermatology designed  for nurse practitioners and he was trained by some of the Top most prestigious Dermatologist physicians and injectors  from all over the country. He collaborated alongside with his medical director in multiple clinical trials on investigational treatments in cosmetic, laser and surgical dermatology; he formed part of investigational team composed of multiple physicians and nurse practitioners that  prompted FDA approval for several medications and devices treating a range of skin conditions in US. Leonard is currently involved in research studies prompting future dermatological applications with other fellows physicians and nurse practitioners.
